Owned and managed by Michele Pelosi and his acclaimed wife, Anna Pelosi, the salon combines Italian style and flair with a touch of English elegance. After honing their craft in prestigious salons in southern Italy, they settled in England to share their expertise with a new clientele.

Anna moved to Bishops Stortford 20 years ago after owning a successful salon in Italy for two decades, gaining exceptional experience in the hairdressing industry. Now managing a busy salon, she is committed to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every client has an impeccable experience.
Anna, our top hairstylist, specialises in short haircuts and has a keen eye for precision and creativity, crafting flattering, tailored styles that complement each client’s face shape and lifestyle. With expert knowledge of cutting techniques and texture manipulation, she excels in creating everything from chic pixie cuts to edgy bobs, ensuring each look is both stylish and easy to maintain. Her expertise in short hair allows her to push the boundaries of conventional styles, offering clients a fresh, bold, and personalised haircut that always stands out.
With a background working alongside top hair designers on catwalks and photographic projects, Anna also led the regional finals for Miss Italy for over 10 years. She is an award-winning expert in bridal and hair-up styling.
Michele Pelosi
Master Colour Specialist / Salon Owner
Michele began his colour career 30 years ago in Italy, training at a prestigious academy in Lake Garda. Specialising in hair colour, he has built an unrivalled expertise in the colour cosmetic field. Michele has completed numerous advanced courses, covering everything from full transformations to colour corrections.
As a colour educator in the salon, he shares his knowledge with fellow stylists and has worked on stage with Emsibeth Italy to help hairdressers advance in the industry. Michele is dedicated to creating a personalised colour experience for each client, taking into account their lifestyle, skin tone, and individual needs.

Starting his career in Italy at his mother’s salon, Mattia further advanced his skills at Total Barber Academy in London, one of the top schools in Shoreditch. He also gained extensive experience working alongside Masko, an American Crew tutor in Naples. Always ahead of trends, Mattia is dedicated to creating unique, tailored looks that keep his clients looking sharp and on-trend.
